All transactions to your credit card will appear from
SALAM HIJAB.
SALAM HIJAB will provide a free exchange or issue a
full refund for all non-clearance items received within
30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the
items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached,
and free of defects. Items received after 30 days but
within 60 days will qualify for store credit. For exchanges,
you may still return the item within 30 days of when
you received the exchanged item. Shipping charges are
the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a
defective product, you must notify us within three days
of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.
If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept
defective items at our discretion.
Important:
All returns and exchanges require an authorization number
and are to be written clearly on the outside of the

to receive one.

All clearance items are final sale.

Delivery Time:
--------------
Delivery time for Canadian tracked orders is 2-6 days
and for American tracked orders is 8-12 days. Please
allow up to 2-8 weeks delivery for orders sent by post
no tracking. APO addresses take 12-36 days to receive
if they include tracking.
Delivery to wrong address provided:

If an incorrect delivery is by result of being provided
the incorrect address, we are not responsible. To reship
the product, full rates apply and the customer would
still qualify for any current product promotions and
discounts.
Returns via UPS/Purolator/Fedex/DHL

All returns and exchanges are to be sent via postal
mail method only. For your protection make sure the
package is covered in case it is lost. If a package
is sent from outside Canada to our location using one
of four companies above, we would incur a duty customs
charge which is payable by the customer. Sending packages
via postal mail avoids this inshallah.
Chargeback's:
------------
Security checks are done on every order in an effort
to reduce credit card fraud to our company. We are not
responsible for items if they are lost in transit if
untracked shipping method is chosen. If you do not recognize
a charge on your card, the customer is required to contact
us first by phone/fax/email/live chat so that we can
resolve the inquiry from our company directly to advise.
If you have not received an ordered item, the customer
is also required to contact us first for a resolution.
If a chargeback is made on behalf of your account, and
we are not contacted, there will be a $35 charge in
addition to the cost of your order, when the item has
been shipped successfully to the billing address on
your order. We do aim to make this process as simple
as possible to ensure quick resolution and fairness.
By completing a purchase with Salam Hijab it is understood
that you have agreed with the terms outlined above.
